Class of 2027
Kristen is from Franklin Massachusetts, and received her undergraduate degree in Biochemistry and Public Health from Wheaton College. Her research focuses on how tau regulates microtubule dynamics and drives the organization of microtubule networks. The broader goal of her work is to uncover the mechanisms that contribute to neuronal stability and provide insight into neurodegenerative diseases such as Alzheimer’s disease. Outside of research, she enjoy running, hiking with her dog Cookie, and spending time on Cape Cod.
